If you are are importing your Recruits through the FastRecruit Web Portal and you receive an error message like the one below regarding duplicate Recruits within your file, you must delete the duplicate so that you only have one Recruit with each name. If you happen to have two Recruits with the exact same name, please add an initial to one of the Recruits on the excel spreadsheet so that their names are not exactly the same.
You DO NOT need to close out of FastRecruit to make this change. Simply open up your .CSV file, make the corrections needed, save the file and then return to FastRecruit and press the "Next" button again. If all duplicates have been removed, you will be able to continue with the next steps for finishing your import.
