As you scout for prospects for your team, documenting and sharing scouting notes about a player is critical. In ProspectView, coaches and scouts can share this information about prospects with other staff members. A coach can add a document to a player as either a pdf document or an image (i.e., jpg, jpeg, png) from your computer. Select a prospect and click on the document tab; you will see a list of the previously attached documents on the prospect.
Attaching Document from computer
To attach a new document from your computer, click the plus icon from the document tab. You can then browse document (pdf, jpg, jpeg, png) files from your computer. There is no file size limit on attaching documents to a prospect.
